Agreement Between the User and FlexiPay
The FlexiPay website, mobile app, and digital services are provided to you subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices stated herein. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Modification of Terms
FlexiPay reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of these terms, conditions, and notices at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of Services
To access and use FlexiPay services, you must be at least 13 years old, register an account, and provide accurate details. Users must not engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities. FlexiPay reserves the right to suspend or permanently block accounts found violating these terms.

Paid Services and Billing
By subscribing to or using any paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable once processed, and FlexiPay may adjust prices or service features at any time without notice.

Mobile Messaging and Carrier Charges
FlexiPay does not charge separately for SMS or notifications; however, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. By using our SMS-based services, you consent to such charges. You can opt out by contacting support. For assistance, call +2349076016860.

Security and Verification
FlexiPay actively monitors accounts to prevent fraud. Suspicious accounts may be temporarily suspended pending verification. Users must provide their BVN and valid national ID within 24 hours if requested. Fake or misleading details will result in permanent suspension and wallet forfeiture.

Purchases and Delivery of Services
FlexiPay facilitates transactions such as airtime, data, cable TV, and electricity purchases through third-party providers. While we ensure timely processing, final delivery depends on external networks, and delays may occasionally occur.

Reseller and Vendor Program
Users can upgrade to become FlexiPay Vendors, Resellers, or Agents for a one-time, non-refundable fee of ₦9,999. Review the full commission rates before upgrading. Ensure your wallet meets the minimum balance requirement before applying.

Advertising and Promotions
FlexiPay reserves the right to display advertising or promotional content within its app and website to support platform functionality.

Termination of Service
FlexiPay may restrict or terminate access to its platform for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior. Termination may include the loss of account access, wallet funds, and commissions.

FlexiPay services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FlexiPay is not liable for service delays, network issues, or third-party errors.
